    he needs to get back to the bika tried and tested.

    wild right hand lead, followed by the forehead smash with the bolo to the bollox combo that is his bread and buter tried and tested combo that he is good at.

    He is saving the Bika special for the big night. The best bit was when he was doing his impression of Calzaghe's 1000 punches/minute on the bag, at 100 punches/minute pace.
