Great highlight. Sakuraba was so very talented, if only he would have fought at 170lbs his whole career. Most likely he would have been considered one of the best welters ever(if not the best). I believe he would have annihilated matt hughes for example.
He's never been my # 1 favorite mma fighter , but he used to be amazing in his prime for sure. I consider him to be a legend of the sport.
He is my #1 fav MMA fighter. Though I wish he would have retired years ago(2002-2003 maybe or just stuck to the lower weights like 170). Seeing this wellmade highlight makes me want to go back and watch his fights battles again, like Renzo, and Carlos Newton, and rampage.
