It was actually quite odd, he dropped his hands like he did against Paulie, I think it was more a bit of bravado and showboating to show he can’t be hurt, then got hit by the guy and rocked and never really recovered. Having watched Eggington before I think he likes the idea of being the tough guy and bought in to that “Carl Froch” label. I mean he knows he’s not the greatest boxer in Birmingham let alone the UK, I highly doubt he was taught that in the gym.

 

Remember when Danny Garcia was looking at Eggington for a stay busy fight, that would have been horrible to see.
