Sam Langford routine?

Anything existent that suggests at Ol Sams conditioning?
He was a lean eighty kilogram barrel at five foot seven thats insanity by any standards anything on the Barbados demon and Harry Greb would also be highly appreciated.

 

I have Langford’s work out clips. He’s a very strong and compact person.

 

Hanzagod's video has a bit.

Walcott was an amateur wrestler and boxer, so I imagine the former gave him his frame

 

& long reach for his height

 

I have Walcott talking about his career as an old man he’s broke but happy.

 

Langford had broad shoulders and long arms. Built a bit like an NFL running back.
