    Had a superb time at the boxing on Saturday, thought I would share my thoughts;
    • What a venue the o2 is - I'd never been before but compared so some of the ones we have up north (I'm near Manchester) it's fantastic. Loads of bars and food places seconds away from the gate.
    • Watched from 7 onwards so saw the main 5 fights. Benn's opponent wasn't up to anything but he still got clipped a few times. He really needs more fights at a level that will test him rather than these stiffs over and over again.
    • Okolie - what a horrible horrible fighter to watch. He's even worse live than he is on telly. Even those near us that were supporting him were fed up. From what I saw he wasnt warned once for holding - not sure if the ref bollocked him on telly? Disgrace if not. He has power which is the sad thing, he doesn't need to fight like he does. Maybe he's hiding some serious china.
    • Burns / Selby - we were sat with a load of scots so there was a lot of noise anytime Burns did anything, but on the night I felt he'd done enough to win, 7-5. Didn't think it was a blind robbery though.
    • Delboy / Price - Price didn't even have a go, which was dissapointing. He spoke about it being his chance, and he just allowed Del to pressure him and beat him up
    • Prograis / Taylor - what a fight. Unbelievable viewing and a truly top class contest - two elite fighters. On the night I scored it a draw but wouldn't have argued either way. Think Prograis held him self back a bit too much, then when he let his hands go in the later rounds it was a tad late. He was clearly taken aback by Taylor, who despite having a closed eye was still coming after him. Would love to see it again.

    Sweet Caroline, coke heads and a chat with Tony Hayers shocking omissions from the highlights reel.

    Good venue and a cracking night mate - glad you enjoyed it.
