Well... they are not even in the same league anymore... Arena and Sauerland are the two exciting promotions today in Germany. There are serious problems at Universum. They (Universum and Spotlight) are loaded with international talents but they just can't put an exciting show or card together, can't or just don't want to make important/meaningful/big fights, seemingly protecting thier interests (but losing ratings in the process) and they just can't get out of the situation created after Michalczewski retired and the Klitschkos left... And they did the most idiotic move recently: they put most of their saved money in a fight their fighter seemingly can't win: they won the purse bid for Chagaev-Valuev II...
