bit late for that, lol. he already has 30 odd pro fights and is only 19yo or something.

 

Probably had his first pro fight at 15 or so as seems to be the norm in poorer countries so thats still only an average of 7.5 fights a year

 

What I mean is rush him in against the elite yet. He did well to recover yesterday but his face forward style needs some ad******g.

But goddamn what a fun fight it was.

 

yeah it was a 1st class win from one of the most promising fighters atm.

seems funny though to see such a redhead at this level. u barely see it, lol.

still the kid is good.PJ i think said hes been fighting since 15 probably against fully grown men.no losses and 1 draw.impressive.

 

Kagsy put me onto him awhile ago, have four or five of his fights but never got around to watching them, might have a look this week now.

Been watching Saul Alvarez closely for quite some time.
Definitely one of the more interesting Mexican prospects around, still no need to rush the lad at only 19.

 

I'd say there was a caucasion milkman in that suburb just by looking at photos of Saul

 

Exciting young fighter who fights years ahead of himself. Great win for him, cotto was tough & tested him in many ways & yet he weathered the storm for a great win. Would of learn't a lot in this victory. Definately one to watch.

 

He must be one confused boy on St Patricks day.
