I think he’s too far down the list. His last win was against a nobody too. Rohan Murdock? He holds some sort of WBO title at the minute. So does Bazinyan, so one of them two I’d guess.
True. It’s so weak at the minute we have 160’s stepping up and taking easy titles. We’ve lost Ramirez, Groves and Degale though in pretty much one swoop.
Murdoch is 18 or so with Boxrec and looks like he can Punch. The other one is 70 odd and also has a decent KO %. I’d be lying if I said I’d a) seen them fight before or b) even heard of them before I looked at the WBO rankings.
I often wonder what humanity has wasted more hours on than anything else. Religion is the obvious answer, but discussing Billy Joe Saunders fighting the best in his division is a close second.
I know they're waiting to update their rank8ngs but it won't be that much different to what the have listed. It's quite poor
Being a Saunders fan must be absolutely soul destroying. You spend nearly all your time watching him not fight because he's getting caught taking drugs and generally wrecking his career, then you have to watch him beating up super middleweight versions of Charles Martin and Ed Mahone on the rare occasion he actually gets in a ring and lie to yourself that it somehow means he's good enough to beat Canelo. Whilst knowing that fight simply will not happen.
