Eubank Jr almost running to the ring? So much pressure his dad put on him with the 'next Leonard/Tyson/Mayweather' comments, 20,000 fans - 18 nothing opponents, never beyond eight rounds... I can't imagine the nervous energy he burned up before even coming out. So much tension in his shoulders in the early stages. Almost flat-footed, overly tight, and just too much mentally for him to cope with - thrown in the deep end.

I don't think we've seen anywhere near Eubank Jr's best. He has some experience now and it'll do him the world of good.

Handling pressure is an important part of boxing but this experience will do him some good.

Bulldog find another man to masturbate over and let young Chris go. I hear he's 100% straight anyway.

I don't think he would take the rematch.. the tables are being turned with the split decision.. the 2nd fight would end in a KO.

Eubank will be a good fighter a ATG no but good fighter he will be world champion one day. He has talent but the dude needs to just hire his dad full time or needs to start taking advice he has a lot to work mainly punch selection and he needs to learn how to understand time and distance and he will alright I do think he will have a better career than BJS just because he is more talented from what I saw tonight. Another thing His dad and team need to teach him how to throw a straight right hand the right way his right hand is very poor

Billy joe clearly won the fight with his superior boxing. Yes jr landed some good shots but not enough to win the fight

no offense, but anyone with a little knowledge of the sport would tell you that eubank was not prepared properly.
i always said that eubank is being handled poorly, that you dont go from fighting bums to a bjs. sparring just wont do.

and thats not me being smart, thats everyone else thinking otherwise simply being dumb. go to any gym. talk to any boxer, you´d get the same response. this is not rocket science. just plain fact.
eubank jr would have been a much better fighter tonight had he fought the blackwells, o´sullivan, ryders etc. his team, especially his dad, are not good for him. i hope he leaves his dad, his team, goes out on his own (perhaps to the usa), then he can become a real contender.
