It’s a mandatory, it’ll happen. I think Saunders might be best going over there for the fight anyway, to wet the North American appetites for a future clash with GGG/Canelo, after he sees off Lemieux.
Lemieux is on his own for punch power at 160lb. The fighters you mention are all hard punchers I agree but Lemieux is another level ! its the inside hooks they don't see coming imo
Saunders has looked fairly poor in his last two fights. Against Monroe (who didn't seem to want to fight) he seemed to fall in after a throwing a one two and that was about it. He will need his legs more against Lemieux. Cant see past Lemieux rocket landing on his chin and turning the lights out. If he was a straight puncher id give BJS more of a chance. But Lemieux's hooks are devastating and he's not like say Andy Lee who only carries power in the right hook he can bang from either hand. If Lemieux can wear BJS down its lights out. Good fight lets see it.
If Lemieux lands a good punch on Saunders, Saunders will be in trouble! He should have talking Golovkin into fighting him for big money, then he would, at least, have some money before retiring................
