so any boxer that does anything wrong shouldn't be allowed to fight. think there may be a lot of licences pulled then? would it not be better to give him his license back to see if he can channel his life into something he has known since a young age? even if there were certain rules for him to meet to keep it

I think thats a bit harsh to be honest Rob. He has some demons but they've all been out of the ring. If he had brought shame upon boxing I'd agree with you but outside of the ring? I can't.

once again he has done his time that was given to him by the courts,
the footballer lee hughes got another chance at professional football after what he did. let the courts punish for crimes and try to leave what they do in sport on it's own merits. if they were not boxers then after doing there time they would be allowed to go to work in a normal job!!

 yeah any time I have watched Arthurs fights since the gomez loss I have been dissapointed.

I still think Harrison could do well domestically, hopefully he can get himself sorted and back in the ring.

I think thats a bit harsh to be honest . I was a fan of Harrison's when i was fighting for world titles and i'f be first to say he's pissed his career away being a ned but if he's a able to pass a medical theres no reason for him to be denied the chance to practise his chosen profession . If a crimminal record was a bar to people getting a liscence to box then we wouldnt have had Tyson , Hopkins, liston or even Young Muttley. Its highly unlikely he'll be able to challenge at anything near world title level ever again but if he can earn a living and use it to bring some structure and discipline to his life then why shouldnt he . He's done some stupid things but he's not an ogre.
