How about considering that the chances of you making MUCH money at this point is pretty low my friend? Why? Your 30 years old and you are trying to figure out what WEIGHT of heavy bag to train upon ?? Best bag to train upon is different bags. Some really heavy and some not as heavy. Some really HARD, some not so HARD. Why? Because its stupid to over train on a HARD bag too much as its too hard on the knuckles and wrists. How hard a heavy bag do you get then? A heavy bag that is hard enough that you can hammer it full power without having to over ice your hands thereafter and interfere with your training the following days.

well the chances may be very slim, but its not about the money, its about doing what i love to do without being a bad guy..... and yes u are right about different bags...i will be hitting different bags...i guess my question is what should be the max weight bag i should be hitting besides my minimum of 100-125.....I am an experienced fighter and just want to know if I and others feel i have a power hit and I am 200 lbs, what should be the max weight bag? thank you

Ummm.... spend the money on a boxing gym or MMA gym membership and train for real? Street fighting won't really prepare you to fight trained fighters. Just my two cents.
