Setanta Problem

What's wrong with Setanta? I have the broadband service and instead of the boxing all I have is a repeating Sky advert. Is it just me or are others having the same problem?

 

i need earplugs to drown out that screaming girl.

good thing is warren is sitting one seat away and looks unhappy.

 

i got the same. the ****ing idiots are broadcasting the wrong channel.

 

i saw people had a problem with another version of setanta the other night when it stopped at 3am.

seems only there sky box version runs smooth.
got to admit it would annoy the hell out of me.

 

toward the end of the man u game the connection went, when it returned it was on sky channel 998, no one at setanta broadband has changed the channel back.....twats.

I've logged a call with the technical helpdesk. As if anybody will read it.

 

It seems Setanta are not on the phone. Only contactable via e mail. What a bunch of ****ING ****S.

 

i have sent four emails now, ranging from idiots to ****ing twats.

how can nobody be checking what the **** they are broadcasting:twisted:

 

I only subscribed to watch their boxing coverage.:?

All i can do now is stay off ESB so as not to know the results, and watch the archive service tomorrow. Before cancelling my subscription.

 

its the stupidity of it that gets me, all someone has to do is change the ****ing channel:-(

 

What sort of company doesn't have a phone number? How do they hope to retain customers if you can't even talk to them?
