Setanta Problem

They have pissed me off royally today.

I've been paying by Credit Card since I subscribed and the card I was using expired, they sent me a letter dated 10/1 saying I needed to contact Customer Services within 7 days of the letter date otherwise my viewing will be 'disrupted'

I rang up changed the card details and they told me I'd been cut off and said I needed to pay £12.99 to reinstate it, I told them I supposedly had 7 days from the date of the letter and they practically told me I was a liar and that their records had the letter dated as 4/1 and therefore the 7 days had lapsed and I'd been cut off.

A scan of the letter and a shitty e-mail is going to them tomorrow requesting my £12.99 back and a few months free subscription!!!

I did want to tell them to stick it but their fight line-up is just too good to miss

 

I would be surprised if they gave out free subscription. They know full well their fight line up is good, and we will still keep paying.

I'm in a **** situation at the moment, I want to see the boxing but I'm not giving these conmen any more money.

 

Exactly what happened to me, and the miserable ****s charged me reconnect because "it costs them money bla bla bla"

The worst thing was that I did respond in writing withing 7 days and was told "it wasn't on there system." I sent it first class recorded delivery so I knew the ******* thing was there!

 

I've sent them a shitty E-mail this morning, they will respond in 5 days apparently:-(

 

Shut the f*ck up!
