    I miss it :(

We need Bunces boxing hour back and some quality fight nights where you feel involved. Not done by the ****s at sky who want your £££'s but by the people who care about boxing.

Agree totally however it is just a dream to wish for any broadcaster to not want to make cash, would you let some-one shag your missus for free just to make them happy without any reward or payment???

And Setanta weren't after money from customers at all were they:patsch
EDIT: "Dem robbing ****zzzzz at sky" is always a funny thing people say. Its hardly robbing, more consensual daylight ****-in that its not **** at all, they don't force you to buy their product. Every business is after your '£££', its down to you whether you give it to them or not.

Now I'll be in line to say I'm not a fan of PPV for fights like Khan, but unfortunately thats the way boxing is, and the money is in PPV. You've got the choice whether you pay for Sky Box Office, you've got the choice whether to pay for sky at all.

Now the boxing on Setanta was great, although it seemed to 'peter out' over the final few months it was understandable given their financial plight. And its a shame that a lot of the US fights aren't being broadcast over here. Plus the Bunce hour was brilliant, remarkably cheap TV to make, and it was a brilliant programme. But Setanta are gone, and the days of the non-superfight from the states being shown here are gone for the forseeable future.

But things aren't THAT bad. Sky give us two hours of boxing every week, all the major domestic fights get shown and we get the occasional superfight or world title fight from germany thrown in. People on here give sky a lot of ****, but where would british boxing be without them? In the ****, thats for sure.

Steve, any chance you could request that they put it up on their website for all of us in the UK who don't have the Irish channel? Setanta UK used to put the boxing hour on their website for free as well. Cheers:good.

Remember the review of the year Steve did with Rich Woodhall last year, only seems like a few weeks ago! Really enjoyed that so hope they do put this one on the net or someone puts it on youtube.

Times like these I really miss Setanta, and especially on Thursdays!

I used to make sure I was working at home every Thursday to see Steve and Andy on the box. Nothing's came close to filling that void :-(

I think Sky's done a decent job with the boxing since Setanta folded, coverage wise that is.

With Setanta its the personalities I miss. No one on Sky can hold a torch to Bunce or Kerr.

That Sky presenter is just.............:twisted::twisted:...........words fail me.

I miss watching the slightly obscured blonde bending over in the room behind the studio. Seeing the other fights live that we don't see now was great but it was always a bit too good to be true.
