Damn that's one fine bit of Chinchecking Rico. You sniffed out this fragile mandible and called it before just about anybody.

Good work. Another china chinned fraud exposed. Next up - Glass Jawed Deontay Wilder!!!

It is to learn about the finer points of boxing (i.e. Chin Checking), that is the reason I am on this forum. :thumbsup

He just has no answer for overhand rights. Not shocking from his last fight.

    Zak,

just goes to show you how important having a Chin is. Had Mitchell not had a Glass Jaw he could have weathered the storm hung in there and came back and won. Just goes to show how stupid the Glass Jaw deniers on ESB are. We have people in this thread blaming 'Defense' etc.

If you have a serviceable Chin your Defense doesn't matter one bit you will be able to hang in there in the later rounds and have a shot at winning.

Seth Mitchell is nothing but another in a long line of Golden Boy Promotions Glass Jawed Hype Jobs. How many of their fighters have been KOed in embarrassing and brutal fashion on HBO by underdogs now? :think

Mitchell has such poor skills that even if he had iron chin he would get KOed against Banks

Nope. HBO was telling us he is the next big thing etc. I mean all the good Heavyweight fighters are in football the NFL etc. That is what we have been told. Mitchell is a former Football Player. He was supposed to be on his way to a title shot. What happened?:rofl:patsch

There is undeniable evidence that point to the fact, Seth can't take a good punch. Not having a good chin is a big disadvantage in boxing but not a death sentence. I won't stoop to calling the man trash and all that. He just has to tweak his style in a way that will allow him to protect his chin better. Once he masters that, I think he can be successful and give the fans some exciting fights. However, I don't think that he will ever be a dominate heavyweight champion because that's when having a stiff chin is a must.:bbb

Lack of experience happened. Started too late to fix it, too. It's obvious that the athletic ability is there.

No it isn't. He is stiff as a board has awful footwork and a Glass Jaw. You can't fix that. Ever. He will continue to get KOed over and over.

He can't fix it because he started at almost the age of 25. He obviously has plenty of natural athletic ability.
