    LOL if you knees feel a little weak after you beat you meat, you might be a little tense in the ring just imo.

    Isnt the effect to increase your aggression? I mean if you give up sex for months for 1 guy your gona be pissed??

    I remember an episode of Sports Science about this with Chris Byrd and they had him tested, then he had sex with his wife (not on camera...) and tested again, and his testosterone levels were actually higher afterwards, so no it doesn't have a negative effect.

    Getting a hard on actually increases your testosterone so you don't have to worry about that but there are other hormonal effects that can leave you feeling lethargic for the next few hours. Good tension release though
