Round 12 Glenn McCrory's scorecard identical to mine. Sexton trying to get into his position of leaning on Bayaar. Bayaar grabs his head and shoves him away. Some committed infighting now from both - Bayaar seems to have conceded trying to keep it a ranged battle and acquiesced to the melee. Bayaar dripping blood. Sexton throwing short shots, not incredibly powerful but landing and in great volume. They impose their wills as their arms pretzel up, each trying to get off a few final shots down the stretch. Each gets in one big one. Sexton's fourth consecutive round - but the only four he won of twelve. 116-112 Bayaar.
Sexton showed an awesome chin and showed proper bollox then and if anyone gives him stick after that, they need their heads testing.
I got it draw........although Bayaar looked far better looking at the fight as a whole. I will feel sorry for Bayaar if he doesnt get the nod. Well done to Ashley for showing tons of heart, he would have learnt alot in this fight :good
