    Cuban boxing. Yes to daily shadowboxing.

    You can adjust the intensity and use it as a recovery session if you're sore.

    Tremendous gains to be had from shadowboxing.

    Im a big fan of shadow boxing if there are drills involved eg 3min round 2,3 or 4 shot combo only pick one for the round ,with one defence move after every combo, keep on the move set the feet when throwing shots, there is over 20 defense moves so mix it up with each round keep the combo the same for the full round your concentrating on defense with this drill
    if your muscles hert and your not injured, then your unfit simple try training more than twice a week and stop wingeing
