    Anybody use the shakeweight n does it work for u ... cause I just got one n I wanna know if it works good

    Shake weight is the gayest thing ever. Why spend money on some bull**** piece of equipment when you could spend nothing and just go for a run outside and lose much more weight and be fitter in general.
