    how would carwin do if he was in this years k1, is his striking hot enough to knock out the likes of semmy schilt? what do you guys think?

    lol, he's slow, technically poor and gasses out after 1 minute.

    Schilt would beat the utter **** out of Carwin in a brutal fashion in K1.

    No, well I guess he could land a KO punch, but it is very unlikely.

    His striking in MMA is based partially on at least the threat of his wrestling, the other guy has to worry about the shot.

    In K1 the level of striking, notably kicking is much better.

    lol carwin in K1. never would this happen his slow no Cardio he has no footwork.

    His wrestling compliments his striking well. They are a nice mix. I don't think he'd do well in K1 - the chin would be iffy, he'd need to check so many more kicks and throw some himself. He wouldn't be able to grapple and that helps him alot i.e. pinning Frank then unleashing.

    His would get kicked in the leg so many times..he wouldn't walk for a few weeks.

    :lol: Carwin has power and that's it. His striking is poor tbh. He'd be eaten alive in K1. I suppose there's always the chance he could knock someone out though.
