    When he was younger his nose was different than from recent years. Did something happen?

    He got plastic surgury to help with breathing, breathing difficulties occurs over time from roid abuse

    His nose was still the same in the antonio margarito fight then changed in the mayweather fight.

    its not the boxing, his nose changed in between the margarito and mayweather fight.

    He probably had a surgery but it doesn't have as much to do with roids as it has with getting punched in the face for a living

    he didn't suffer an injury in the margarito fight though so theres no need for a surgery.
