He's a boxer, not a NFL QB. Different set of standards for boxers vs. other athletes. Remember all the racist stuff Bernard said before he whupped Titos A$$. Floyd said racist stuff towards Manny in the past, no one cares. White liberals don't like boxing. Boxing is ethnic and still kind of unregulated in that sense.
The biggest recent politically correct scandal in boxing was Broner saying MexiCANs. and that didn't make front page of ESPN or really get talked about outside of boxing forums on the internet. Floyd is a wife beater who came right out of jail and sold over $1million PPV a couple of months later. (same with mike tyson when he got out for ****) If main stream america cared about boxing (instead of just blacks, hispanics, and poor europeans like brits and ukrainians) boxers would be under WAY more scrutiny
