LOL Imagine Hatton hits the Ring post then bounces off backwards into another Ring Posts then drops out of the ring.

Hatton gets butchered by bigger, stronger, faster fighters. 147 is not for him. Even the Mosley from the Mayorga fight stops him.

Except this time the punch itself would KO him

I'm a big Hatton fan but Shane would destroy him. He'd make make Mayweather's win look laboured.

If Ricky moved up again he would have the same problems he had before at the weight. And with somebody as accurate and powerful as Mosley Hatton would be in for a painful loss.I think Ricky knows it so i cant see him taking this fight,it would have to be a lot of money and he already has plenty. He will stay at light welter he is very good at that weight and there are a couple of big money fights at light welter after Pac man if he wants them.I think if he beats Manny Ricky will walk away.

Hatton won't go near him after that, if Mosely had looked very bad/old in winning a possibly iffy decision then the fight would be a possibility.
Mosely - Mayweather is the big fight now.

Why would Ricky have to go up?
Make Shane dehydrate, like Oscar, and it might be a damn good fight.
I'm no Hatton fan, but it seems a fairer fight @ 140.

I actually think Hatton would take it.

He sure as hell wouldn't win though

Winnable fights for him at 147 are Berto, Quintana, Collazo, Cotto and Cintron.

Not Mosley, Clottey, Margarito or Williams.

he'd probably destroy Hatton worse then Manny will, which will be worse then Mayweather did

if Hatton values his life, he won't even consider taking this fight

Shane has a great hook, Hatton has a dodgy chin at 147.

    1 + 1 = good night Irene.

I think he'd lose all of those.
