In 1980, when it could have actually happened. Both have the power to KO each other. Weaver has one-punch KO power in his left and Shavers could bang a bit with his right hand. Shavers was past his prime, but Weaver rarely had an easy fight with anyone. Who wins?
I just get the feeling that this was the type of fight 'Made for Earnie' see; Howard Smith A 'second round' Knockout for Earnie.
Weaver wouldn't know if he should box...or bombs away. Probably look something like the Norton vs Shavers fight....depending how aggressive Shavers is.
