He's a joke figure in a joke country. Saudi is consistently the worst rated country for human rights. They refuse to prosecute any rapes if the victim in non-Saudi. Chisoras record of assaulting women will ingratiate himself with their feudal rulers well.

I don’t think that anybody has ever argued that a private education “guarantees intelligence”, but it sure as hell increases the likelihood of the attainment of high grades and admission to top universities as well as career mobility. Private schools in the UK are generally excellent.
