    I was watching videos of him from Pride and he looked more ripped back in the day. In certain shots I saw a 6 pack coming through. Could it just be they were action shots or was Shogun more ripped back in the day?!?!

    i think pride shogun was way more athletic consiering that he was younger and more dominent/hungrier for wins, the ufc shogun that we see now is only a mere shadow of the pride shogun.
