    do you keep your front shoulder up to protect your chin or relaxed?

    i put it up when i jab aswell how the hell do you have it up and relaxed?

    Not sure.. Basically its a shoulder shrug on one side... Gets more power on the shot as well...

    It's better to keep it up higher to protect the chin.

    You see a lot of fighters who have the lower front shoulder eventually get clipped with rights all the time.
