I still have a hard time believing fedor is retired...It's still too fresh... Still , as a fan , i think it's a great decision. We're turning a page...mma will never be the same without him. It would be like Federer leaving Tennis. You know it's gonna happen...but i wasn't expecting him to say this right after his 2nd loss.

absolutely..both werdum and Big foot showed tremendous respect. But i'm sure even Barnett would've done the same (he's a **** talker but a friend of fedor's)... Strikeforce is like a big family in a way...Most of their fighters aren't monumental **** talkers...

But i guess the UFC probably encourages their fighters to use the shittalk card for the ratings. And it's normal. it's part of business

Chuck Lidell will probably be missed more than Fedor. Fedor isn't well known except to those within the sport. Obviously due to the fact he never signed with UFC and the UFC is a household name -- everyone knows what it is.

Thank God, the sweet baby Jesus, , Jehova, Allah, Krishna, Budda and even them weird alien things that Scientology movie stars pray to to stop being gay that it wasnt against Brock eh

It actually brought a smile to my face when Big Foot realised he won, even though I was disappointed

    He's a ****'n nobody, a fat communist ugly nobody.

Pride is done and dusted, the evolution has began, gone are the tank abbotts and Ken Shamrock, the world of MMA is full on with proper training.

It's now an elite sport.... some fat communist doesn't dominate anymore.... get over it boys.

What elite Olympic or professional sport produces a body similar to the Russian??

Once a sport becomes mainstream and professional the athletes and level of performance improve.... fact.

Yeah what a great history  blokes like Ken Shamrock are considered legends........... gimme a break, the sport has evolved and is now mainstream, it was an underground sport 20yrs ago.

He was the best against the opposition he faced no doubt........ The athletes now are superior in every way.
