I still have a hard time believing fedor is retired...It's still too fresh... Still , as a fan , i think it's a great decision. We're turning a page...mma will never be the same without him. absolutely..both werdum and Big foot showed tremendous respect. But i'm sure even Barnett would've done the same (he's a **** talker but a friend of fedor's)... Strikeforce is like a big family in a way...Most of their fighters aren't monumental **** talkers... But i guess the UFC probably encourages their fighters to use the shittalk card for the ratings. And it's normal. it's part of business
Chuck Lidell will probably be missed more than Fedor. Fedor isn't well known except to those within the sport. Obviously due to the fact he never signed with UFC and the UFC is a household name -- everyone knows what it is.

Yeah what a great history blokes like Ken Shamrock are considered legends........... gimme a break, the sport has evolved and is now mainstream, it was an underground sport 20yrs ago. He was the best against the opposition he faced no doubt........ The athletes now are superior in every way.
