This would always be a great fight. Even better the closer you get to their primes which was in the early 2000 for both men. I think Liddell would would win it, but both would have their moments just like in their actual fight both fighters had lost a lot of their famous aggression by that time but the fight was still among the best in MMA history. wand tries to rush forward liddell would move backward or to laterally and try to counter with the right hand or uppercut if wand can keep from taking one of these shots flush hes where he wants to be on the inside against the cage/ropes throwing vicious hooks. I dont think Wand would be able to do much in the clinch unless he was able to really hurt chuck first. Otherwise I dont see wand being effective with it. Chuck hits harder, chin is probably even, I would think this fight would stay standing unless chuck wanted it to go their which he may do if he gets hurt. Watch out for those knees! Great fight! shame it didnt happen before both started to slip.
Both were shells of themselves the time they fought and Liddell won. In all fairness, Liddell even in his losses due to his whiskers was still very good as a fighter, whereas Wandy has lost a lot to prime wandy... maybe due to age, wear and tear and steriod use
