i personally believe that if and when pbf and pac fight it will go something like this... pacman is in my oppinion a bigger stronger zab judah with a lot more heart and toughness and resilience, and pbf is a bigger faster more technically polished marquez. I can see pacman coming out with a lot of ferocity pushing mayweather back in to the ropes pummeling pbf's body, while pbf lays on the ropes doing his patented shoulder roll, but the only problem is pacmans output and aggresion is disabling pbf to fire back so pacman is winning on points early, prolly winning 3 of the first 4 or 4 of the first 5 or 6. But the thing about mayweather is and it is well documented is he is a boxing genius and arguably adapts in fight better than anyone ever. So sometime around round 5 or 6 mayweather figures pac out and comes out and meets him in the center of the ring hands held high and he then begins to land lead rights and check left hooks while making the pacman miss. Pbf is an amazing shape so i could see him sprinting to the finish pummeling pacman in the championship rounds cruising to a close but decisive unanimous desicion

Mayweather is no Marquez when it comes to aggressiveness in the ring. He won't go after Pacquiao the way JMM did. Marquez took a lot of beating when he fought pacquiao and vice versa.

    Let's try that again...
I thought it was just the grammar (or lack thereof) but there's just so much wrong wrong with this post.

yeah and that will fusturate pacquiao more because mayweather will be the most elusive target he would have ever faced. marquez was willing to trade with pac which made him an easier target.

i agree grammatically, terrible i wrote it in 3 minutes, however what, if anything is wrong with the fight prediction if you have ever watched a mayweather fight or a pacman fight there is not in any way shape or form a disagreement with that synopsis, if your best argument is there is so much wrong and you cant back it up with anything else you should really stop posting, ill accept valid criticism and valid points but not blank statements like " theres so much wrong"

this incorrect marquez by nature is acounter puncher and thats a fact there is no way jmm as great as he truly is, is a more effective counter puncher than mayweather. I am not a floyd mayweather fan, but i appreciate his commitment to his craft and his talents, i am dissapointed that he has not dared to truly be the greatest by challenging the toughest competition available, because based on talent conditioning and ring smars hes easily a top 15 atg p4p but based on accompishment and competition he gets ranked a little lower than that. I also do believe that if mayweather does decide to challenge himself he could easily beat cotto, pacman, jmm, the only 2 fights that would give him trouble is a fit and ready to go mosley, and the worst match up for him would be paul williams, who i cant see him beating, but i think he easily beat pacman.

PBF will beat Pacquaio up when they fight, PBF's defense is unlike anything Pac has had to face up with and the counter punching array that PBF has will break Pac down - think of Erik Morales before he got shot and what happened to Pac in those fights.

Now put more power, speed and defensive savvy into the opponent - not to mention size, and you've got PBF vs Pac.

Why compare how pacquiao fought morales years ago? I don't know if you've seen how pacquiao fought recently. Besides, Pacquiao was a one handed fighter when fought morales and didn't take the fight seriously enough. The Pacquiao now is smarter stronger and faster. I say it will be a close fight and can go either way.

i think its a 50/50 fight....i would lean floyd, but just barely, i think he could frustrate manny, and out smart him through 12 rounds.

Floyd's power had diminished since he moved up to higher weights. Who was the last guy whom Floyd has KOd? Don't mention Hatton because he was KOd by the ringpost!
