i'm not sure. if you're good enough you'll make it. there's a finite number of active boxers in any division after all. a loss to another good fighter doesn't make you bad and those in the business know it. look at skeete, ok he did well enough to have been given the win, but his career ain't over after his loss. chisora has the much better resumé between the 2 since he 1st lost to fury.

i reckon the argument is overstated because it's a convenient excuse, but it doesn't stand up to scrutiny, unless you're a hypejob fraud anyway!

To be fair with the chisora point it doesn't mean anything because decent HW's are few and far between.

And with skeete it's not sure how his career will pan out yet & the two aren't really compare able as skeete lost to a high level opponent whilst challenging for the titles , whereas loser of this fight will be losing to a below championship level fighter,

and will still get fights and fight to whatever level he can.
