i was just online going through these sites about boxing and i got kindof confused cos there are sooooo many sites with all these different techniques and programmes, with ready-made workouts and tutorials for footwork, punching, defence, etc.
I was just wondering how useful these sites actually are. have any of you actually improved boxing-wise due to online ****? It makes me feel kinda funny and frustrated, like I'm missing out on so many resources that could make me a better fighter, but i don't want to waste my time if half of their stuff is bull****.
