Quick question what kinda shoes do you skip in? I use a pair of old cross trainers that have really hard soles. Latley tho the back of my ankles hurt so im thinking of using a good pair of running shoes iv got with loadsa cushion. But i read somewhere that you shouldnt use running shoes is this true? Sounds strange to me. My feet latley really hurt around the back of the heel area where there isnt much flesh so im trying to look after them as much as poss any one else had this problem. ( it aint necassarily skipping but it prob dont help):tong
