    had similar problems like that before especially so close to start time as loads of ****ers ringing in, try ringing again but this time dont follow the automated route to sport events just go through as though you want to book a film on SBO and it should have less traffic going that way

    o yeah forgot to say.....you ****ing crazy buying this ****
