Absolutely shocking the way they are trying, at every opportunity, to portray Haye-Harrison as a pick em fight, or like Haye, realistically only has a 60/40 chance, when in fact, he prolly has a 70/30 % chance.

I mean they keep talking about how Harrison has a punchers chance, but so did Ruiz, Barrett, Valuev, and they are/were more established fighters than Harrison.

I understand them selling it to a degree, but they are spinning as hard as they can, week in, week out.

I can see how a lot of the 'casual fans' would be lapping this up though; it is quite convincing.

Come the 2nd round, people will realise this is not a technical miss-match.

You are right, the fight will be over Audley will be more than likely be out cold, and people will be realising that the £15 they they just spent would of been better served as a Deep-Pan Pizza :hey:lol:

Thing is, Audley CAN box. He just can't fight. Once the "feel-em-out" stage of the fight is over I think Haye is just going to tear him down

it's funny how people mock the maccarineli-haye clash a few years ago when there was good credibility form both sides.
audley-haye is a world champ against a average domestic fighter. only that ****ing gold medal puts him in the picture. shouldn't be there.

but as it's already been said. sky need this. and if more poeple watch boxing becuase of it so be it

I agree with the OP, Sky's fight spinning can be appalling when it's a mismatch. They did the same for Salita when he came over.

The thing is, to us it looks bad, however to the casual boxing public it works, they begin to believe Audley has a greater chance than he does.

It's pretty understandable that they're trying to sell the hell out of the fight as it's not, on paper, competitive other than in hype.

Will be looking for Sky's Most Tenuous Mention of the fight across their network this week.

The one thing I find interesting is they never really mention that Harrison has only been stopped once in four defeats.
