Does anybody here train with a swimming snorkel? I might have read about it before but they guys on ultimate fighter are using this probably to help them train to use air more effectively.
Only in the water and with flippers, bro. Got a illegal speargun too, to catch <')))))))>< ~~~ Never got one tho...but nearly shot my cousin once.
haha wtf...theres some strange training methods out there...imagine walking into a new gym and seeing all these guys rolling on th floor with snorkels in their mouths....lol
I train with a mouth peice in, even when doing situps or something. I never wear scuba gear though... call me crazy...
