How does Khan have an exact date and venue ready to go right when we find out fight is cancelled. He said he will be back in Vegas June 30th. Like one poster on here said, this seems fishy. He will fight a bum at 147, then fight flloyd in the fall. Could this be all planned?
What's so fishy? He's already been in training. All his promoter has to do is check the schedule to see when the next available date is. That doesn't take very long. The probably started looking at new dates once they found out Peterson tested positive.
With boxing... Who knows? Floyd can sell whatever fight it seems, so can Pac, and I'm sure Mayweather vs Khan would sell, BUT definitely won't sell as much if he doesn't rematch Peterson IMO. Unless he goes the way he did after losing to Prescott.... Fight a better fighter than the guy who beat him, and his fans write it off as a fluke LOL
