How often do fighters who won a controversial decision admit they were beaten? Pacquaio vs Marquez, Bradley vs Pacquaio, Alexander vs Kotelnik, Alexander vs Matthssye, Cloud vs Campillo and Rios vs Abril are all fights were many felt the winner really got beat but obviously those that won are going to be biased towards themselves.

cano weighed 190lbs and still got outboxed. Paulie has nothing in common with those half breeds on the jersey shore, they are fake italians.

190? No way. I have always liked Paulie but he got his ass whooped by Cano.. The kid landed all the hard shots and he violently knocked him down. If the fight was in Vegas... Cano wins easily, 9 rounds to 3.

Vinny, Mike and Paulie are full? no?

I think this fight makes perfect sense and it could have a good storyline business way and it will easily sell in the NY/NJ area.

Slapabora hasn't been relevant in boxing in about 9 years.

He's a scumbag waste of life, and he doesn't deserve a money fight.

But if it did happen, Malignaggi would beat the **** outta him. Paulie's been fighting world class opponents, whereas Slapabora hasn't faced a non-bum since he fought Dorin 9 yrs ago. A fight which Dorin won, and got robbed with a draw.

I can't see the dislike for Paulie. Paulie is a guy who simply wasn't blessed with any power, yet has ALWAYS fought the best and stood his ground regardless. Plus as a person he's one of the more likable guys in the sport.

Comparable that to Slapabora, who's a piece of **** as a human being, and as a boxer is a boring **** who ALWAYS ducked the best guys at lightweight, and who's claim to fame is getting the best of an outta shape Floyd in sparring.

In 2003, Floyd actually offered to fight Slappy, and Slappy would have made 1 million. Paul turned it down. He knew damn well he couldn't beat Floyd in an actual fight.

Paulie Malignaggi is one of the most technically skilled boxers in boxing. He lacks power but has won because he's incredibly slick and has great fundamental skill.

I think hes in his prime right now. When has he looked better?

    04-08 for sure.

Honestly, his best wins are littered amongst his elite level losses. Maybe he is primeless? Just always know what you're gonna get from him, who will and won't beat him.

Don't know who would win, but I would root for Spadafora. Malinaggi just comes off like *******, always doing his act, and going too far in promoting self. He fails every big fight, but for whatever reason media loves him.

Spadafora had the IBF lightweight title in 2003, but he has done nothing since then. He doesn't deserve a shot at Malignaggi.
