Sparring vid. Tips?

Light sparring is ok....but damn telling each other your sorry when you tap each other...ehhh

 

start shadow boxing with some music...have music on while you spar..get lose..get a rhythm, have fun with it....

 

This isn't sparring. It isn't light sparring. It's not even tapping. This is not intermediate level boxing. In addition to the earlier sparring video posted by JDK, I'll post a video of two 11 year olds to show you what sparring is. One aspect of sparring is that you need to actually try to punch each other.

I didn't answer your PM, by the way, because I thought you were joking and I was being trolled into something. Surely as someone who has been boxing for so long and has had several fights in the past you must know that this isn't sparring? :think

 

If only you were as serious about being a boxer as looking like one.
