Compare both there ring walks last night, Spike looked as cool and calm as you like Fitzgerald probably burned about 3000 calories jumping around ! From the word go, you could tell Spike felt he was levels above... hands down, oozed confidence and landed a banging uppercut after what.. a minute? That stool would have wiped him out though !!

We will have to see Spike in a few more decent wins before gettin too excited about his ability lads, but at face value he did look very good against Fitzz, effortlessly stopping a man who took HNN and Lee the distance quite easily. Perhaps it was all the sparring with BJS but Spike just seemed much "looser" and more fluid. In the past , while I have praised his strength, toughness and punch, I have always found him very slow, mechanical and robotic. If he has indeed overcome that, then he is a tough nights work for anyone, certainly at domestic level...
Surely the stool thrower would've been someone in or close to Fitzgeralds team. If so the ****in idiot shouldn't be allowed near the ring again
