Will burpees improve stamina and enurance like running will.Im trying to improve endruance,so i wont get as tired. How long would it take to reach enought endrance to punch non stop for 3 rounds.I fight in the amatuers.I can fight for three rounds, but i eventually get tired and my sharp punches can turn eventually into punches probaly seen from a mile away. But when my stamina is excllent i throw sharp punches and stay focused.

Your goal is to punch non stop for three minutes. I therefore advice punching non stop for three minutes. Over time you will improve. Doing burpees will improve your burpeeing.

Running will help but IMO working hard in the gym and not half assing your work out when your there will improve your stamina in time. Just go to your gym regularly and punch and punch till your exhausted.

BTW, how long is the rest period in between rounds in your gym? In ours its 30 secs so I guess its one way of improving stamina since in amateur bouts, the rest period is longer and I think the rounds are shorter.
