how do they determine how much a fighter should get to make way for another fight?

is it a percentage of what they were originally due to earn for a fight?

is there certain factors taken in to consideration or does one side just offer what they think is fair?

take chisora for example, what was he originally meant to earn & how much would he have received to step aside for haye?

The kilt pulled out injured so Chisora wouldn't get anything.

im not sure but i reckon both parties would have to agree a figure

Didn't Ruiz get $250,000 to step aside so Haye could fight Valuev and he got an option as his first defence...:think

I think it all boils down to your skills at negotiation too...:yep

You don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate...:deal

Didn't someone say Delboy was paid in full for the 2nd cancelation.

I think its just negotiated. Lewis took $2mil to allow Tyson vs Holyfield i think.

i was under the impression that chisora received some sort of settlement hence him being unusually silent regarding the whole issue?
