    does steve forbes deserve a title shot at 140lbs if so can he win one

    Yeah he could get a shot after showing he has what it takes to warm up Oscar but, he will get beaten by any titlist there. Lightweight is the max for Forbes

    Due to the blatant robbery against Hopkins, yes he deserves one. If he got the decision taht should have been he probably would be lined up to face one of the belt holders anyway.
