    How much is really practical is debatable but I agree with the philosophy behind each move.

    A lot of the stuff "masters" like mr. seagal teach is impractical in an actual fight.

    Alot of his work looks very labourerd but some of it looks fast. The kick looked like a bit of a struggle.

    Steven needs to get in shape.
