The hookers over here are dogs. They're everywhere in Roppongi (which is like the Tokyo Kings Cross) and approach you at will. I asked one once how much do they charge, and she said 3000Y for massage, 20,000Y for sex. I laughed out loud and told her she was a dog and that I'd rather pick up women at bars (which I do, and did). I later found out that the hookers are all run by the Yakuza, and that they monitor the streets there often. She was still a dog though.
It's actually being challenged as a constitutional breach, which is standard procedure. The PM does not have the power to make gifts to those not in need. (Unemployed) I dont think it's in doubt though because he does have the power to make a tax rebate, which it appears is what will probably happen.
