Stitches

    Anytime I train, play football, hit the gym, boxing training, running etc after about half an hour I get a stitch on each side where my kidneys are, I'm able to grind through till it goes and then I'm fine but for about five mins I can barely move with any pace and my stamina completely depletes until it passes.

    Any ideas on how to stop this? I've been training 3-4 times a week for the last year and whilst my fitness has improved considerably this still seems to persist.

    Hello Chatty first of all do you drink
    2nd this can be often related to dehydration
