Do those things that wrap around ur abdomen actually work.It looks like a small coth.any body know what im talkin bout.
i think so, if its what im thinking of, its supposed to send a small electric jolt to make ur abs tighten over and over again, not sure how good they work tho

no they do not work, they might make your abs harder but you will not see it unless you get rid of some body fat.
