The KO blow was similar to Ali's right hands that koed Liston and Foley. These were all right hands that landed perfectly timed as opponents were coming in. The effect thus magnifies the punches power. I'm no Postel fan and after round 1 I thought he was toast. He took command with that long jab, nullified his opponents left hook and effectively tied up his opponent in close. I gave Postel all but three rounds so in my book not a close bout.
He's a mediocre fighter. He has an OK jab, less than effective right hand. Medium grade hook, and an average punch selection. His grappling technique is his best asset. Imam KOs him, round 8
I don't understand what's so great about Imam, I've seen him fight multiple times now and other than great power I don't see anything particularly impressive about him. Either way, Postol is clearly a good fighter but I don't think he's special, just an all around decent fighter with an awkward style, will be a problem for anyone.
It hurts my eyes reading the garbage you post. Constantly complaining about everything these E.E. fighters do. GGG Kovalev Loma Now Postol offends you. Every different style these fighters employ you have some intrinsic issue with. Clearly it is not the way they fight that bothers you.
On my card Postol was 5 rounds ahead. Judges in most cases aren't even boxers, and score according to who the promoter is and who the popular fighter is.

Postol mixes up power punches with light arm punches, you don't score Aydin like KO's and knock down Matthysse if you're nothing but an arm puncher.
