How many of you guys spend a lot of time on it?

Man, it's a criminally overlooked aspect of training in general I'd say.

I stretch multiple times a day. After a few nagging injuries, I've got no choice. But boy does it feel good!

I stretch before & after all my workouts but Tuesdays & Thursdays my evening workouts are 45 minutes of nothing but stretching.

I used to never stretch until I was 18, and I played soccer since I was 6, + a lot of other sports. I start to struggle if I go a couple of weeks without stretching in general at this point.
I found this guy on youtube, Tim Senesi, he has 15 minute routines for daily stretching which are excellent.

I find there's a big difference between a guy and a girl showing you/ conducting the exercise/session because a guy teacher deals/approaches posture issues that most guys struggle with in a way that a girl teacher does not...

It might be common sense to some, but to me, it was a big a-HA moment attending my first yoga session instructed by a man, after having 20-25 female instructed sessions prior.

May I suggest following his begginer guide (even if you're not a beginner) LINK it's only 11 minutes long, and it might seem like it's nothing, but it adds up over time. Plus, it's only 11 minutes so it will be harder to make excuses to not do it compared to say a 30 minute session which could get quite intense.

What does stretching have to do with injury or performance? Holding stretch positions is essentially a complete waste of time and has nothing to do with lengthening muscle fibres.

Stretching helped relive me of a shoulder impingement, wrist problems and compartment syndrome.

That's rubbish, IMO. It works brilliantly for me.

Instead of just rubbishing a claim right off the bat, why not read up on the matter yourself. You might learn something and in the process become less of an idiot!
